As I said, persuade me.

I saw Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince. Now I'm even more sure that Harry Potter is an idiot. And Draco Malfoy is stuck with the same hairstyle he had in the first movie. I'm just wondering couple of things..
1) Why Ron ate Harry's chocolate? Hasn't he heard that it's rude to eat other person's chocolates? My theory is that this was just another chance to show people how "awesome" Harry is.
2) This is even more curious: Okay, so Harry knows something about magic, right? And if he's in a dark cave and needs light, he just does his thing and gets light, right? So, if he needs water, why doesn't he just use his damned magic wand and get water? Instead, he reaches into dark water.. And in a magical dark cave, does he really think there's nothing in that water?
3) Why didn't they tell Ron the truth about his "break-up"? Really.. Just simply tell what happened. Real friends wouldn't lie about that sort of thing. But who can blame the Chosen One? No one. 'Cause he is sooo heroic? Fuck that.
4) So Dumbledore died? And everyone just stared at his dead body? Eh? No screaming? No crying? Nothing?
5) Why Harry did nothing to help Dumbledore? Is he heroic only when someone's watching his heroic acts?


Anyway, the movie was okay. Well done. Had couple of funny seconds. Helena Bonham Carter was amazing like always. Some scenes where visually astonishing. Harry Potter..as a character..is boring. He does nothing unexpected!
I don't need Harry Potter in my life.
Was the movie waste of time? Probably not. Waste of money? No. Because I got a free bag of popcorn ;)
